Fred Neiman, Clark County Sheriff's Sgt., said that the shooting took place sometime between 3 and 4 PM local time at the Center for Community Health which is located on the Department of Veterans Affairs campus. The building is also home to the local WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) program.

One person was shot in the incident. His injuries are said to not be life threatening. Nobody else is believed to be involved, but the complex was still on lockdown late this afternoon so that officers could question witnesses and gather information.

Officials have neither identified a suspect nor a motive. All that is known is that the suspect is a 46-year-old woman.

Yesterday afternoon, police said that an employee of Benjamin Moore Paints killed his manager and then himself.
